Life changed dramatically for me when I moved to a small coastal town in NC, the toxins in the air, water, soil, and all products made me very sick. Out of nowhere I had a mystery health condition. From there Toxic Black Mold in Long Island took me out. I developed an environmental health condition.

I went to see countless doctors, I learned everything I could about why all this happened. Through this journey I found my purpose - TO REDESIGN WITH HEALTH IN MIND.

Places really do matter, our environment matters, from every skincare product, to our bedding, whats in our walls, in our food, and the thoughts in our minds matter…. we can not live surrounded by toxins and not be affected.

I learned to redesign my entire life with Health in Mind and am here to guide others to do the same.

This journey led me to learn about neuroscience, behavior change, healthy materials, interior design, indoor environmental quality, water quality. material health, how to build and design healthy places and truly thrive. Through all the pain, the loss, the changes I became who I was meant to be : as a gal retrained in sustainable design + circular strategies.

I completely rewrote my story, I moved across country to a blue zone, I have the right air quality, replaced all my belongings, let go of all the past that no longer served me. I turned this pain into my purpose.
