MY STORY
Redesign with Health in Mind.
My journey didn’t begin in a quiet wellness studio. I’ve been a creative visionary and strategist my entire career.
For decades, I worked with some of the world’s most cutting-edge brands — always on the cusp of any wave — brought into complex situations to connect the dots and create clear roadmaps forward.
I moved to a small coastal town seeking a simpler life, without understanding how profoundly our environments can shape our health.
Then, after serious environmental exposures, my health collapsed. I became bedridden, and even thinking clearly became difficult.
As I began to heal, my curiosity returned. I explored neuroscience, brain retraining, functional medicine and environmental health, discovering how air, water, materials, nature and our surroundings help create the conditions for healing and living regeneratively.
Curiosity opened another door: creativity. I began painting, drawing, journaling, studying herbalism and blending teas — exploring and discovering what brought me joy.
I began to see everything differently. Everything was connected.
The strategist I had always been evolved into something new: a Regenerative Strategist + Redesigner — bringing strategy, curiosity and creativity together to connect the dots, reimagine what’s possible and create healthier, more regenerative ways to live, work and connect.
