When the environment around us makes us sick its time to Redesign.
My own personal journey led me to search for the answers for my environmental health condition. I went all in, studied my genes, the neuroscience of behavior change, functional medicine, in depth training in sustainable materials, sustainable + circular design, sustainable business strategies and more.
I now help others Redesign their lives and businesses with Health in Mind.
Our world has to sustainable + circular in order for us all to thrive. Everything is connected. There is no abundance of health without the foundations of a sustainable life at work and at home.
There are simple, sustainable solutions that not only impacted me, but the businesses, people, places, and planet around me too.
